Biadhesive tapes

It is the doublesided bonding tape for laminating a large variety of substrates like metal, glass, plastics, paper, wood, etc. The high coating weight guarantees an outstanding wetting of critical substrates with structured and uneven surfaces.

Composition
1° layer: paper, 90 gr/m2, yellow, doublesided silicone coated.
2° layer: high performance adhesive based on polyacrylat, coatingweight 110 gr/m2.
3° layer: PVC film with 40 μm.
4° layer: high performance adhesive based on polyacrylat, coatingweight 110 gr/m2..

Temperatures range
It's ok for temperature ranges from - 40 °C to +70 °C,
short time even up to + 90 °C.

Adhesion
Very high adhesive strength and still a perfect balance between cohesion and adhesion.

Wheathering
The absolute resistance to moisture during storage and application, makes the adhesive perfectly suitable for outdoor applications.
